My First

Where do I start? Well, I currently work at Ilocos Hotel and Convention Center in Laoag City, as Marketing Assistant. It's not a tough job, really. It's the pressure that sometimes takes away my sanity and yes, being underpaid too. Haha! That does not help in any way. It's a good thing I have this wonderful crazy colleague named Tricia, but I fondly call her Tricia Mae just to add something cute to it - though the name Tricia itself is already cute enough. Whenever we do not have work to do here at the office, I see her sit and get focused on something in the computer, then I see her screen which is all orange. It's her blog. Her bf's favorite color is orange. She types and types about random interesting things or happenings in her life. I got to read her posts too. They seemed interesting! And so I got started.


My Blog Name
If you're a big fan and follower of Queso, you can instantly tell where I got this name from. The band's former name is Cheese. Their music is a mix of metal, tropical and jazz music which I certainly dig because I love metal. Insekta is one of the tracks in their self-titled album. In fact, the song is on the World Battle of the Bands 2006 CD. Some of their great songs include Mottaka (my personal favorite), Garden Fresh, Furlan, Inkdan and a lot more!

Queso band members call themselves daga and so do the fans. I'm a big fan of Queso and their music. I'm a huge fan of the vocalist too! Oh yeah! The hot and sexy Ian Tayao. His body is covered with tattoes that attract me. His moves are crazy! He has this distinction when it comes to performing - he spreads his arms gracefully like those of the Indians' when they dance; he grooves so slowly and so sexy with his music and it's smoking hot! He just wows me everytime the band performs.
